For what purpose do we process your data?
At FGC we process the data you have provided for the purpose of:
a) Responding to the query submitted through our website under the headings of the Customer Service, Queries and Complaints, Work with Us and Suggestions.
b) Managing the provision of the contracted services and communicating with you for that purpose.
c) Registering your e-mail address so that you can receive the electronic newsletter we issue periodically to our customers, with offers or commercial information on the tourist sites we manage.
d) Your safety, for this reason we have surveillance cameras at the resorts and access points.
How long do we store your data?
Your data will be stored for as long as they are necessary to respond to Queries, Complaints or Suggestions, and will be stored for the legally shortest possible time; in the case of Queries and Suggestions, they will be destroyed after six months.
In the case of newsletter subscribers, their e-mail data will be partially erased three months after they unsubscribed, with statistical control.
Video surveillance data are stored for 30 days, except for data passed on to law enforcement bodies.
What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of the data submitted on forms is your consent, given when you voluntarily enter your data on our form and accept by marking the corresponding box.
In the case of contracting services, the data will be stored for as long as they are necessary according to the purpose for which they were obtained or the time established by different legal provisions.
In the case of surveillance camera recordings, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller.
To which recipients do we communicate your data?
The data on forms concerning queries, purchase of services, subscription to newsletters and other cases will not be communicated to anyone. These data are processed internally at FGC.
No transfers are made to third countries.
What are your rights when you provide your data to us?
Any person is entitled to know whether FGC processes his or her data.
Data subjects have the right to access to their personal data, as well as to request rectification of inaccurate data or, as the case may be, request erasure when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were provided.
Exercising the right of objection is equivalent to the right of erasure.
The rights of data portability and in relation to automated decision-making do not apply to the type of data and their processing.
The rights indicated above can be exercised using two channels:
• By post, accompanying a copy of the data subject’s National Identity Document or passport, addressed to the DPO of FGC at Carrer dels Vergós, 44, 08017 Barcelona
• By e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching the same documentation as indicated for post.
We inform you of your right to file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.

Users are responsible for the veracity of their data, and undertake not to enter false data and to proceed to modify data if necessary.
